The City of Weyburn is seeking current rate sheets from qualified, experienced companies to provide snow removal services throughout the City on an “as needed and when requested basis” during the 2023/2024 winter season.  Contractors will be placed on a pre-qualified list. During the 2023/2024 winter season, selection of any contractor from the list will be based on the contractor’s availability, resources, available equipment, financial offering and performance. The City also reserves the right in its sole discretion to contact one or more of the pre-qualified contractors on an “as needed basis”.

The City of Weyburn expects Contractors to provide the following services with a response time within 4 hours of a call out. If unable to respond within that time period, another contractor will be contacted at the City of Weyburn’s discretion.

• Assist with primary, secondary and collector streets windrowing/removal of snow
• Downtown overnight snow removal
• Downtown overnight back-alley snow removal
• City parking lot overnight snow removal
• City of Weyburn Airport
• Residential snow removal
• Assist with organizing snow dump sites
• Other areas that the City of Weyburn requires assistance
