The City of Weyburn (“the City”) is seeking proposals for the completion of a Facility Condition Assessment for the Weyburn Leisure Centre (indoor – outdoor pool) located at 532 5^th street NE and Crescent Point Place (Hockey Arena) located at 327 Mergens St. in Weyburn Saskatchewan. Proposals are to include descriptive details surrounding current conditions, lifecycle forecasts and repair, renovation, and replacement costs. 

The scope of work will include:

Develop in-depth reports regarding the Weyburn Leisure Centre and Crescent Point Place based on onsite inspections and current cost estimates. Reports are to include the minimum information:

• Detailed scoring system for all major facility components, structure, mechanical systems, etc. itemizing current condition, expected lifecycle, and remaining useful life.
• Detailed costs associated with the repairs, renewal, and replacement of existing facilities.
• List of Recommendations moving forward based on the information found.

The Contractor is invited to propose additional value-add scope as they determine to be beneficial or necessary to establish meaningful outcomes.
