Description: 

The City of Weyburn (“the City”) is seeking proposals from qualified proponents for the following:

  • Dredging to remove approximately 10,000 m3 of accumulated sludge (biosolids) from the City’s primary wastewater treatment lagoon owned and operated by the City of Weyburn. 

The project intends to restore lagoon treatment capacity, improve hydraulic performance, remove accumulated solids from designated cells, and complete the work in a manner that protects the continued operation and integrity of the wastewater treatment system, adjacent lands, and the environment. 
 

This project requires pre-approval from stakeholders. Tender must be submitted electronically by 1:00 p.m. CST on Friday, July 31, 2026.
