The City of Weyburn is seeking submissions from qualified Proponents to provide Project Management Services during the design and construction of a new Aquatics Center in the City of Weyburn.  

The City’s goal through this RFP process is to identify one (1) firm with the capability and expertise to manage the project through all its phases.
