The City of Weyburn “2026 Water Treatment Chemical Supply Tender” is for the supply of Aluminum Sulfate solution, Ammonium sulfate, Chlorine gas, Hydrofluorosilicic acid, Polymer FLOPAM FO4190 SH, Potassium Permanganate, Sodium hydroxide and Sodium Hypochlorite for use in the treatment of potable water.

General terms and conditions of the chemical supply and delivery contract are detailed in the attached form of tender agreement.

  2. Reda Canada Ltd is awarded the supply of Ammonium Sulfate ($0.88/kg), Chlorine gas ($1.99/kg), FLOPAM FO4190 Equivalent ($4.44/kg), Potassium Permanganate ($6.66/kg), and Sodium Hypochlorite ($1.44/L).
  3. Brenntag Canada Inc is awarded the supply of Sodium Hydroxide Solution (caustic soda) ($0.64/kg).
  4. Klearwater Equipment and Technologies is awarded the supply of Hydrofluorosilicic Acid ($0.071/kg/1% for 47% solution).
